Sofija F. Jordanovska — PYP Coordinator & Headmaster
Sofija F. Jordanovska leads International Kindergarten Maximilian with a deep commitment to high-quality early childhood education inspired by the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP). As PYP Coordinator and Headmaster, she ensures that every child’s learning journey is thoughtful, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate.
Sofija believes that young children learn best in environments where they feel safe, respected, and curious. Her educational philosophy places strong emphasis on play-based learning, inquiry, and emotional wellbeing, laying a solid foundation for lifelong learning.
Working closely with educators and families, Sofija fosters a warm, international community where children grow with confidence, independence, and joy — fully prepared for a smooth transition into the IB PYP primary years.
