After successfully finishing our first Healthy Friday, for our second one we wanted to make it more interesting and asked the students to create a healthy snack, besides smoothies and juices. They were put into three groups and competed to see who can cook the fastest. For the smoothies and juices, students brought all kinds of fruits and mixed them together. For the healthy snack, they brought bananas, sugar powder, grounded biscuits and coconut flakes. After mixing all the ingredients, they made small balls and rolled them in the coconut and put them in the fridge. Just so you know, these are great if you are fasting!
